Using herbs for home health:

You don’t have to be a health “expert” to get the many benefits of using herbs and natural remedies to replace many of the over-the-counter personal health and hygiene products sold at your drugstore and supermarket. If you are unsure of the credibility of herbs, we urge you to do your own research on the amazing healing powers of herbs.

Hills Remedy products are hand-made in small batches to ensure fresh, high quality salves. We begin by infusing organic and all-natural herbs into soothing oils which are blended with beeswax to create wonderful, creamy, rich, and concentrated herbal salves to nourish your skin. As you will see, Hills Remedy does not skimp on ingredients. Every product is heaping with nature’s goodness.

A little goes a long way…

You will notice that our salves have a great staying power. They are absorbed slower than water-based creams and lotion. Our herbal salves bring the natural herbal infusions directly to your skin.

Each product shows a list of ingredients.

Toxic chemicals or other irritating ingredients such as mineral oil, parabens, petroleum products, propylene glycol, and synthetic waxes will NEVER be found in our products unless clearly stated in our ingredients. Our goal is to nurture your skin with all-natural and mostly organic products.

WARNINGS:

Salves and balms are for external use only.

If conditions worsen, persist for more than seven days, or clear up and occur again within three days, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not use with other topical products without your doctor’s approval. Keep away from excessive heat or flame. Store in a cool, dry place.

Skin Patch test:

Some people are sensitive to essential oils. When in doubt, test. Apply a small amount of the product to the inside of your elbow and leave it overnight. In the morning, check for signs of irritation or other skin sensitivity. To remove, wash thoroughly with baking soda and cold water.
